I had the great pleasure of working with Glenn Pack when I started managing the contingent labor program at HMS in August of 2013. Before I joined the company, Glenn’s agency was signed on as a supplier with HMS August of 2012 and Glenn had already established great working relationships within the organization as well as with my manager who was the VP of Talent Strategies and HR Operations. Glenn was my Account Manager and I was immediately impressed when he reached out to me for the first time. At the time, our contingent labor program had over 100 agencies within the program and we were in the process of reducing our vendor list.
